A single 18 minute track follows the same chant through an energising journey of many changes, from calmly meditative, before becoming more rhythmic as it goes along.

Ajahn Achalo chanted with a friend Liam Cochrane and they alternate and chant together throughout the piece, changing pitch twice.

Chris Conway as well as increasing the tempo, also changed the chordal harmony as the chant changes pitches, from minor modes at the start to a major mode to accompany the final upbeat section.

As with the Mantras album, if another further tracks are recorded in the future, they will be added to this to make a full album.

Dedicated to the memory of Julian Conway.
